Senior Legal Counsel Digital (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel Digital (x/f/m) to join its dynamic legal team. This role is integral to supporting Doctolib's mission of transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to ensure that Doctolib's digital initiatives are built on solid legal foundations.
The Senior Legal Counsel will lead and manage strategic IT and digital projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all markets. Key responsibilities include negotiating procurement contracts with suppliers and partners, overseeing and protecting Doctolib’s intellectual property portfolio, and drafting and updating Terms & Conditions in collaboration with legal and product teams. Additionally, the role involves advising on data protection, privacy, IT, and digital topics, as well as building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to translate complex legal issues into actionable, business-friendly advice.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with over 6 years of experience in intellectual property, IT law, procurement, and data/privacy, preferably within a fast-paced tech or digital environment. A proven track record in negotiating complex contracts, especially in IT, procurement, and research partnerships, is essential. Knowledge of Digital Platforms regulations (e.g., DSA) and European and local data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is required. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and fluency in French and English are necessary; proficiency in German is a plus.
