The Prevention Team's mission is to collaborate with partners to inform and educate over 90 million users through large-scale health campaigns on topics such as vaccinations, cancer screenings, and obesity. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic key accounts, achieving ambitious revenue targets, and overseeing the entire sales cycle for major clients like health insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, and health-tech enterprises. Your expertise in media sales will contribute to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities include independently managing the full sales cycle for large clients—from acquisition and negotiation to closing deals—while meeting clear revenue objectives. You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic key accounts, continuously evolving these partnerships. Additionally, you will craft tailored sales and account strategies to meet the specific needs of your major clients and establish structured sales processes, including opportunity validation, pipeline management, and forecasting, to ensure sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in media sales at leading platforms (e.g., Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok) or within a media agency. Proven experience in managing large accounts, closing complex deals, and achieving or surpassing ambitious revenue goals is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the C-level are required, along with the ability to build strategic partnerships. A passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to educate people through prevention campaigns are important. Fluency in German (C2 level) and very good English skills are necessary.

Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a company-sponsored Deutschlandticket for office or hybrid work, 28 vacation days plus one additional day for each full year of employment (up to 30 days), the option to work 10 days per year from abroad, a company health insurance plan with excellent additional benefits, and a company pension scheme with a 40% employer contribution (15% during the probation period).
