As an Account Executive on the Scale team at Braze, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves working closely with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives to help brands enhance their customer engagement strategies. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels.

In this position, your primary responsibilities include generating and managing your own sales pipeline, conducting consultative sales conversations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You will be expected to understand complex systems and concepts, and effectively communicate how Braze's solutions can address client needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions that involve technical integrations. Strong analytical and data-driven skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate large SaaS investments and influence key stakeholders. Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams, or a background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions is a plus.
