Account Executive - UK
As an Account Executive at Lighthouse, you will be a key player in our UK team, responsible for driving the full sales cycle of our innovative B2B SaaS platform tailored for the hospitality industry. Lighthouse is a rapidly growing company dedicated to transforming commercial strategies in the hospitality sector by providing actionable insights and advanced pricing tools.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include proactively sourcing and developing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold calling, and industry networking. You will lead compelling product demonstrations and consultative sales processes, presenting professional proposals to prospective clients. Additionally, you will manage contract negotiations that balance client value with Lighthouse’s commercial goals and identify strategic growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full sales cycle, new business development role with a strong hunter mentality. Demonstrated sales experience within the hospitality industry and/or a B2B SaaS environment is essential. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a numbers-driven environment is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills are required, along with proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
