Account Manager, Channel
Kaseya is seeking a high-impact Account Manager to drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio, with a strong emphasis on channel partnerships and SLED accounts. This role focuses on unlocking growth opportunities, strengthening relationships with resellers and partners, deepening client engagement, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes through strategic account management. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, takes ownership of results, and remains highly coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include owning and executing expansion strategies across your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging Kaseya’s full suite of solutions to maximize customer value and drive incremental revenue growth. Developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor by aligning Kaseya’s solutions to customer business objectives and ensuring long-term partnership success. Building and executing tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies, anticipating customer needs, mitigating risks, and uncovering new opportunities to expand footprint.
The position requires 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role. Preferred qualifications include experience in State, Local, and Education environment, channel, reseller, vendor, technology, or a related domain, comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, genuine interest in technology and ability to understand, distill and convey the value proposition of a platform, strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts, highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and account management, and strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and manage performance metrics.
