Lead, Product Analyst

The Lead Product Analyst at Kaseya is a pivotal role within the Product Management team, focusing on driving transformation across global financial systems. This position involves leading the maintenance and development of products and systems, including Oracle ERP (AR, CM, Collections), GetPaid, and Kyriba. Key responsibilities include managing and innovating Kaseya's Order to Cash business processes and back-office systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements related to finance applications. Additionally, the Lead Product Analyst will lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical user stories with the engineering team and prioritize the backlog of work to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Functional roles, with at least two full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP. Hands-on support experience in Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing is essential. A strong background in financial close cycles, accounting flows, reconciliations, and process improvement is also required. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, along with Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
