A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation design, sales operations, or analytics is required, along with proven experience designing sales compensation plans in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Technical proficiency in advanced Excel, experience with SQL and large datasets, and familiarity with compensation systems and CRM tools like Salesforce are essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and excellent communication skills are also critical for success in this role.
