The Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations at Kaseya is a pivotal role within the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on the design and implementation of sales compensation programs. Additionally, the manager will oversee performance tracking, develop key compensation KPIs, and lead advanced analytics to assess and optimize plan effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation design, sales operations, or analytics is required, along with proven experience designing sales compensation plans in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Technical proficiency in advanced Excel, experience with SQL and large datasets, and familiarity with compensation systems and CRM tools like Salesforce are essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and excellent communication skills are also critical for success in this role.
