Account Manager - Client Leadership (Maternity Cover)

This position is a maternity cover role within Mindshare's Channels & Solutions team, focusing on managing Qualcomm's semiconductor marketing initiatives. The Account Manager will act as the primary strategic interface for Qualcomm, translating complex B2B objectives into actionable campaign strategies. This role bridges strategic planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities include interpreting technical B2B requirements into integrated campaign strategies, maintaining quality oversight across all campaign elements, and leading real-time optimization decisions based on market intelligence and performance data. The Account Manager will also manage premium partner relationships and ensure the translation of strategic objectives into tactical execution.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing complex B2B technology accounts within an integrated agency environment. Essential skills include the ability to interpret complex B2B messaging, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, navigate regional stakeholder dynamics, and leverage local market knowledge for strategic decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required.
