They should possess strong analytical skills to interpret client sales and consumer data, along with a deep understanding of media channels and the media planning process. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration with team members, other departments, creative agencies, and directors. A passion for the industry, a willingness to learn and develop expertise in proprietary and industry tools, and an understanding of media effectiveness are also important qualifications.
