The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university and have 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing account management or client service representative role, particularly in eLearning, website, software, gaming development, or localization. Superior written and spoken communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with diverse teams, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
