Account Manager - Client Services
The Account Manager - Client Services at TransPerfect Legal is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships within the legal sector. This role involves collaborating with production and sales teams to assess project scopes, produce cost estimates, and negotiate budgets and schedules with clients. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met and high-quality deliverables are produced.
Key responsibilities include responding to client requests for new project initiatives, growing existing client relationships through service and technology lead development, and winning new client relationships by attending sales meetings and preparing RFP responses. The role also involves performing workflow design and onboarding for localization services and technology implementations, as well as monitoring and communicating project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Candidates should possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university and have 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or client service representative role in eLearning, website, software, or gaming development or localization. Experience in budget management, development of business processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with diverse individuals, build relationships, work independently and as part of a team, and commit to a high level of service.
