Account Manager, Commercial (North America)
Fal.ai is seeking an Account Manager to join its Commercial Account Management team, which is dedicated to ensuring long-term customer success and revenue growth. The Account Manager will lead renewal and recontracting cycles to secure timely renewals, increase customer commitments, and expand account value. Responsibilities include articulating Fal.ai’s platform impact and ROI to reinforce customer outcomes, managing the entire contract lifecycle from initial outreach to execution, and partnering with customers to identify additional workloads and evangelize new capabilities. Maintaining disciplined forecasting practices and ensuring up-to-date data in all sales and reporting tools are also key aspects of the role.
Candidates should have experience in SaaS renewals, customer success, or account management roles with measurable retention targets. A background in AI platforms or data infrastructure is advantageous. Proficiency in negotiation, deal structuring, and contract management, including legal and security reviews, is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to build trusted relationships, and proficiency in Salesforce are essential. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker capable of managing a large book of renewals efficiently.
