The Account Manager - eCommerce (RDM) at WPP Media is responsible for executing eCommerce and Retail Media activities within the ZEUR UK team. This role involves building strong platform knowledge and supplier relationships to deliver effective testing, media plans, optimization, and analysis. The position supports the UK Retail Media Lead and reports to the UK RDM Account Director, collaborating with specialists and leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing team outputs, ensuring adherence to best practices, running compliant campaigns with ongoing optimization, and taking ownership of testing plans. The role also involves preparing client deliverables, collaborating with team members on campaign implementation, and building solid relationships with clients and suppliers. Additionally, the Account Manager conducts performance analysis, maintains internal data, identifies issues, and develops solutions to improve performance and drive efficiencies.

Required qualifications include deep eCommerce knowledge with valid platform certifications, proficiency in platforms such as Amazon, Criteo, and Citrus, and an understanding of major UK retailers and quick commerce partners. Experience with bid management platforms like Skai and Pacvue is also essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, operationally proficient, analytical, and possess strong team management and communication skills.
