Account Manager, Enterprise
As an Enterprise Account Manager at fal, you will guide strategic enterprise customers through their Generative Media transformation. You will partner with a curated portfolio of clients investing heavily in AI-driven creativity and media generation. As the primary point of contact across multiple business units, you will ensure that fal's infrastructure remains integral to each customer's generative media initiatives. This role involves driving account expansion, revenue growth, and long-term success while collaborating closely with fal's engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a select portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term growth and retention. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand adoption and increase consumption revenue. Partnering with engineering and product teams, you will scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions. Additionally, you will own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting. Analyzing account metrics to uncover trends, leading customer engagements such as QBRs and executive briefings, and tracking developments in the AI and Generative Media landscape to inform customer strategy are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams in enterprise environments. A proven record of managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and achieving or exceeding quotas for over three years is essential. Expertise in designing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deal strategies, experience working directly with C-level executives, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences are required. Skills in leading customer events and synthesizing insights are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, along with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
