Account Manager, Enterprise (Singapore)
Fal is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to lead the expansion of its generative media solutions in the China and broader APAC region. This pivotal role involves managing and growing relationships with Fal's largest enterprise customers, ensuring the company's infrastructure remains central to their generative media initiatives. The position is based in Singapore, with a remote-first approach, and requires fluency in both Mandarin and English.
The Enterprise Account Manager will own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, developing and executing account plans focused on expansion, increased platform adoption, and consumption-based revenue growth. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, and partnering closely with engineering and product teams to deliver complex, high-impact customer solutions. The role also involves leading customer engagements such as quarterly business reviews, executive briefings, and regional meetings, while analyzing account usage and performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Candidates should have over six years of experience managing enterprise customers, particularly selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams. A proven track record of managing annual revenue portfolios exceeding $10 million and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas is essential. The role requires experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally as an early regional or go-to-market hire. Strong skills in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships, engaging directly with senior executives, and translating technical concepts into clear business value are also necessary.
