Awin is seeking an Account Manager (f/m/d) to join their Key Account Management team in London, focusing on managing the affiliate program for Boots UK, a leading health and beauty retailer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance strategic, analytical, and relationship management skills while driving growth through innovative affiliate partnerships.

As the primary point of contact for Boots UK on the Awin network, the Account Manager will provide expert guidance on affiliate marketing best practices, particularly emphasizing upper-funnel activities such as content publishers, influencers, and editorial partnerships. Collaborating closely with the wider Awin Boots team—including the Client Strategy Lead, Lower Funnel Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, AdOps team, and the Boots Upper Funnel Specialist and Executive—the role aims to identify opportunities to expand reach, engage new audiences, and drive both brand awareness and performance growth.

Key responsibilities include developing, activating, and nurturing relationships with key content and influencer subnetwork partners, delivering insight-led recommendations to optimize program performance, and bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to help Boots UK maximize affiliate revenue while strengthening its presence across the upper-funnel affiliate ecosystem.

A strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, proficiency in MS Office packages, and the ability to identify areas of opportunity and risk are essential. The role also requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proven track record of successful client and team relationship building.
