Junior Mid-Market Sales Manager - Polish-speaking
Awin is seeking a Junior Mid-Market Sales Manager with Polish language proficiency to join their dynamic team in Berlin or Warsaw. This role focuses on managing and developing a sales pipeline within the Eastern European region, aiming to secure high-revenue merchants for Awin's network. The position reports directly to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader and offers opportunities for global client engagement and personal sales development.
Key responsibilities include driving sales success by achieving ambitious targets through effective sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, and representing Awin at industry events to network with potential clients. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams for seamless client integration, conducting market research on target brands, and consistently meeting performance KPIs.
Candidates should have experience in commercial roles focusing on new business development in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or related industries. A proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and native proficiency in Polish with business fluency in English are essential. The role requires self-driven individuals capable of managing projects in a fast-paced international environment, with key skills including active listening, cross-functional engagement, negotiation, proactivity, and client orientation.
