Onboarding Assistant - German speaker (f/m/d)
The Onboarding Assistant at Awin plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for Platform Services clients. This position involves assessing qualified leads, processing applications, and guiding new clients through the onboarding journey. The role requires close collaboration with the Onboarding Team Leader and cross-functional teams, including Technical Integration, Support, CRM, and IntOps, to set clients up for long-term success on the platform.
Key responsibilities include conducting initial screenings to ensure leads meet Awin’s standards, managing lead and application activities in Salesforce, and collaborating with Sales and CRM teams for smooth lead handovers. The Onboarding Assistant will also monitor clients who have been technically signed off, maintain regular communication to address questions, and proactively escalate issues to the Onboarding Team Leader to prevent service disruptions. Additionally, the role involves participating in team meetings, training sessions, and contributing ideas to enhance onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills in both English and German, with experience in customer support, account management, onboarding, or client services, preferably within SaaS, affiliate marketing, or platform-based businesses. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
