Account Manager, LATAM
Braze is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join its LATAM team, focusing on managing and expanding client relationships across the region. This role is integral to Braze's mission of delivering personalized customer engagement solutions, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact. Responsibilities include developing and executing account plans to enhance client engagement, retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling. The role demands a deep understanding of customer needs, strategic deal progression, and effective management of the renewal process to ensure seamless client experiences.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital marketing within SaaS, Martech, or customer engagement sectors. A strong grasp of digital marketing, customer engagement, and CRM solutions is essential. Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel within the LATAM region.
