Account Manager - San Diego
The Account Manager at Carlsmed is a pivotal member of the commercial team, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the successful integration of the aprevo® personalized surgery platform into surgeons' clinics. This role involves close collaboration with the Area Vice President and Sales Directors to enhance customer satisfaction and expand the company's presence in the San Diego area.
Key responsibilities include training and onboarding new clinics, developing strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff, and ensuring the timely collection of all necessary imaging and pre-surgical patient information. The Account Manager is also tasked with maintaining the aprevo Certified Provider user base, increasing utilization, and identifying new surgeon leads to deepen market penetration.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years in medical devices, surgical, imaging, or related fields. Experience in spine-related medical device sales is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage a large territory with up to 60% travel, and a proven track record in customer relationship management.
