Account Manager, VIP
As a VIP Account Manager at Scorpion Enterprises, LLC, you will serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the company's highest-value legal clients. This role involves cultivating deep, consultative relationships that drive measurable business results. Your expertise will span digital strategy, marketing performance, and client experience, ensuring that every engagement reflects excellence, innovation, and tangible return on investment.
Key responsibilities include leading the orchestration of integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content strategy. You will translate complex goals into actionable roadmaps, proactively identifying growth opportunities and guiding clients toward optimal utilization of Scorpion's full suite of products and services. Additionally, you will conduct regular executive business reviews to communicate performance insights, industry trends, and strategic opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of two years of progressive experience in client-facing account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency is required, along with at least two years of managing enterprise or VIP accounts and one year of working with legal clients. A proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies, is essential.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $100,000 to $107,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
