Accounting Analyst (Costa Rica)

In this role, the Accounting Analyst manages the full-cycle flow of funds, transforming raw billing data into high-integrity financial records that leadership relies on for decision-making. Key responsibilities include processing all incoming vendor bills with extreme attention to detail and correct general ledger and departmental coding, reviewing and reimbursing global expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies, and maintaining organized, easily retrievable digital documentation for all disbursements. Additionally, the analyst acts as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving disputes or missed payments with professionalism and intellectual honesty.

The ideal candidate must reside in Costa Rica and possess proper work authorization. A minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred. Essential skills include hyper-organization to manage high transaction volumes without losing track of priority items, operational speed with a growth mindset that prioritizes efficiency while maintaining total accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data integrity.
