The Administrative Assistant at inKind plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational execution across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this position serves as a central coordination point, facilitating communication and organization within a fast-paced, pod-based team structure. inKind is dedicated to building financial infrastructure that connects restaurants, diners, and capital in innovative ways, and this role is integral to supporting that mission.

Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars for multiple stakeholders, coordinating meetings across various time zones, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to optimize leaders' time. The Administrative Assistant will also arrange comprehensive travel plans, encompassing flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring smooth execution and real-time troubleshooting of travel itineraries. Additionally, the role involves planning and coordinating team events, off-sites, and internal meetings, managing logistics from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in administrative, executive support, or operations roles, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is also required.

inKind offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
