Onboarding Project Manager
The Onboarding Project Manager at inKind plays a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of new restaurant partners into the company's platform. Reporting to the Manager of Partner Operations, this position is based in Austin, Texas, and focuses on managing the initial stages of partner onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key responsibilities include triaging incoming onboarding projects, determining the appropriate path for each partner, and assigning projects to Onboarding Specialists based on their availability and capacity. The Onboarding Project Manager serves as the initial point of contact for partners, providing timeline updates, addressing early-stage inquiries, and setting clear expectations. Additionally, the role involves directly managing smaller onboarding projects to help partners launch within the designated 30-day window.
Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or operations, preferably within the hospitality, SaaS, or fintech sectors. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, TaskRay, or JIRA is highly desirable. A process-focused mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment are also important qualities for success in this role.
The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
