Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding Specialist at inKind is responsible for training and guiding new restaurant partners through the implementation of inKind's platform. This role ensures a seamless product configuration, aligning with each restaurant's business objectives. Serving as the primary contact during the launch phase, the specialist addresses partner inquiries, issues, and feedback to facilitate a successful onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating the onboarding and training processes for restaurant partners, managing a personal queue of new projects and maintenance requests, and acting as a subject matter expert on inKind's products and services. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner experience processes and build relationships with external partners to enhance implementation procedures.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency with team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, and Keynote is required. Experience in project management, account portfolio planning, and prioritization is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working with restaurants or food-related clients and a background in training or operational roles.
The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
