By responding to inbound applications and conducting discovery conversations, the Inside Sales Associate ensures that prospective partners experience inKind's value from the very first touchpoint.

Key responsibilities include promptly responding to inbound interest, evaluating leads based on defined criteria such as concept type and financial health, and conducting discovery conversations to understand potential partners' needs and business goals. The role also involves maintaining an organized pipeline of inbound opportunities in Salesforce, identifying process inefficiencies, following up with previous or inactive leads, and managing administrative tasks related to pipeline management. Additionally, the Inside Sales Associate provides feedback on lead quality and trends to enhance marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar sales role, preferably within the Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships quickly. Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required. Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities and familiarity with start-up environments are considered advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, with an additional annual bonus potential of $10,000.
