The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing documents for multiple closings, maintaining calendars, scheduling client meetings, processing expenses and dictation, arranging travel, and recordkeeping. Additionally, the role involves managing both internal and external communications, prioritizing incoming information, and drafting appropriate memos as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative support skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong communication abilities. Prior experience in a law firm, particularly in affordable housing, transactional, or real estate practice areas, is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, a strong grasp of technology, and meticulous proofreading skills are essential.
