Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Minneapolis office. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within an AmLaw100 firm, focusing on products liability defense and other complex litigation matters.

The role involves drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing document productions, and contributing to case strategy. The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience in civil litigation, class actions, general commercial litigation, and other complex litigation matters, including products liability or multi-district litigation in a mid-size or large law firm setting. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and admission to the Minnesota Bar in good standing are required. Applicants admitted to other state bars with a willingness to become a member of the Minnesota Bar will also be considered.

The salary range for this position in Minnesota is $185,000 to $205,000 annually, with final compensation depending on experience. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
