Advertising Support Associate
As an Advertising Support Associate specializing in Google's Local Services Ads (LSA) at Scorpion Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the LSA onboarding and verification process. This position is integral to enhancing clients' digital presence and overall marketing success, thereby strengthening the partnership between Scorpion and its clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently launching and supporting the management of clients' LSA profiles, collaborating with Account Managers to identify and prioritize clients for LSA onboarding, and assisting in collecting, tracking, and reporting data related to billing and other relevant metrics. Additionally, you will support Account Managers and clients throughout the LSA onboarding process, escalating issues as needed, and serve as a point of contact between Scorpion, Google, Pinkerton, Evident, and clients to maintain seamless communication. Addressing basic issues within the LSA process and staying informed about industry trends and developments in the LSA product space are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. This role is well-suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience, including internships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear communication and collaboration skills, and relevant certifications in digital marketing or Google Ads are desirable. Hands-on experience with Google's Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile is a plus.
Scorpion Enterprises offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
