Advisory & Consulting Manager

The Advisory & Consulting Manager at Diligent Corporation leads customer adoption project teams to drive the implementation and utilization of Diligent's solutions. This role is integral to the Professional Services team, ensuring clients achieve their governance, risk, and compliance objectives through effective deployment and adoption strategies.

Key responsibilities include independently managing engagements, coordinating task allocations, and delivering professional services throughout the customer journey. The manager actively oversees projects, mobilizes appropriate team resources to ensure successful delivery, minimizes delays and overruns, and manages project efficiencies and budgets. Additionally, the role involves leveraging domain and product knowledge to support sales activities such as discovery calls, statement of work generation, and scoping.

The ideal candidate maintains a consistently high-quality level of work with attention to detail and accuracy, follows processes and procedures with stakeholders and customers, and possesses a customer-first mindset.
