Advisory & Consulting Manager, Entity Management
An Advisory & Consulting Manager at Diligent Corporation leads the onboarding and deployment of Diligent's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for new and expanding clients. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Client Success Advisors to ensure solutions are aligned with customer objectives, facilitating a smooth setup and early success. The manager also plans and delivers change-management activities and role-based training to accelerate adoption and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor by applying deep GRC domain expertise to help customers achieve their risk and compliance goals while managing expectations. The role requires proactive project leadership to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks; mobilize appropriate resources; and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and communications to minimize delays and overruns. Additionally, the manager oversees the entire implementation process, from capturing high-quality requirements and producing design documentation to architecting solutions and enabling customer adoption.
Candidates must possess GRC domain expertise across internal and regulatory compliance and risk management, along with experience in leading internal compliance programs with a focus on policy management. A strong track record in large-scale technology implementations within complex technical and regulatory environments is essential. The role also demands client management and business development experience, persuasive leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a high determination to succeed in a dynamic, growing team. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
