Ensuring timely and quality delivery of services and maintaining excellent customer experiences are essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or consulting roles, a customer-first mindset, and strong attention to detail. Effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial. A passion for GRC and relevant professional accreditations, such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CPA, are preferred.
