Affiliate Counsel
The Affiliate Counsel at BridgeBio Pharma serves as the primary legal advisor for one or more of the company's affiliates, acting as the first point of contact for all legal matters. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support across various domains, including commercial strategy, compliance, contracts, and employment issues, ensuring that each affiliate operates confidently and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include participating as a member of the Material Review Committee (MLR) to ensure promotional and scientific materials are accurate and compliant, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, and supporting legal review of grants and related funding requests. The Affiliate Counsel also provides practical, day-to-day legal guidance to internal clients, covering areas such as commercial strategy, healthcare professional engagement, promotional materials, patient programs, and market access.
Candidates must hold a J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school and be admitted to practice law in the United States. A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, pharmaceutical, biotech, or med-tech company, or government agency is required. Experience in promotional review, commercial contracting, grants, healthcare compliance, or medical affairs support is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with legal frameworks relevant to the life sciences industry, such as FDA promotional requirements and fraud and abuse laws.
BridgeBio offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $215,000 to $253,000 annually, along with an annual performance bonus, company equity, and comprehensive health benefits.
