The Customer Experience (CX) team at Hotmart is dedicated to being the voice of our customers, striving to meet their expectations with excellence and care, enabling them to continue living their passions. Additionally, the team supports other departments by sharing insights and analyses about the market.
Key responsibilities include providing customer support through established company channels, conducting root cause analyses of received requests to find the best solutions, and setting appropriate expectations with customers through clear and respectful communication. The role also involves staying updated on area policies, procedures, and operational reports, interpreting personal performance metrics, and applying knowledge of applicable Terms of Use. Proactively bringing updates and new ideas to stakeholders, identifying and escalating opportunities for improvement in processes, and ensuring compliance with LGPD policies are also essential duties.
Essential qualifications for this position include proficiency in CRM tools and customer service systems, basic computer skills (Google Workspace, browsers, chats), familiarity with digital channels (WhatsApp, email, chat), the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously, and fluency in Spanish.
