As an intern in the Customer Success team, you will assist in managing client portfolios, ensuring continuity and quality in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include supporting the structuring and optimization of team processes, identifying risks and growth opportunities within accounts, and proposing consultative solutions and improvements to enhance client experiences.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a keen interest in customer relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, and familiarity with CRM tools is considered a plus.
This internship offers a monthly stipend of R$ 2,300.00, along with a flexible benefits card valued at R$ 1,320.00 per month.
