Associate Product Manager
The Associate Product Manager at Hotmart will be part of the Product Management team, which is dedicated to delivering the company's strategic objectives through each product. This team collaborates with cross-functional groups, including engineering, design, and data, to ensure alignment with company goals and to provide maximum value to customers.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data to support the discovery of opportunities and prioritization of initiatives, interacting with various departments and clients to drive projects, and creating product documentation to aid in the development of initiatives. The role also involves assisting in team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, refinements, planning sessions, and retrospectives, as well as preparing reports and executive presentations for senior leadership. Additionally, the Associate Product Manager will help close the feedback loop between clients and product teams, contributing to backlog development and feature mapping.
Candidates should possess knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, including advanced Excel and Google tools; proficiency in SQL is a plus. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. The ability to translate data and analyses into actionable insights for diverse audiences, understand and address the needs of internal and external clients, and plan and manage projects from inception to completion is required. Experience in customer-facing situations is considered advantageous.
