Product Manager

Hotmart is seeking a Product Manager to strategically lead our technological foundation, focusing on platform products that serve as the backbone of the company. This role emphasizes critical areas such as security, communication ecosystems, and core services, requiring a proactive approach to ensure robust and innovative solutions.

The Product Manager will define the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for platform products, aligning with engineering teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the team's backlog, balancing technical debt, new features, optimizations, and technological innovation. The role also involves conducting in-depth analyses of scalability, performance, costs, and security of existing solutions, proposing and leading continuous improvements.

Candidates should have experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in technology teams, preferably with platform, infrastructure, or backend products. Excellent communication skills are essential to navigate technical discussions with engineers and present strategic visions to leadership. Additional qualifications include experience in software development or architecture, knowledge of identity and access protocols, familiarity with microservices architectures, and experience building developer-focused products.
