Agile Project Manager

Envoy Global is seeking a dedicated Agile Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a leader in global immigration services, Envoy Global combines innovative technology with comprehensive support to simplify the immigration process for employers and individuals. In this role, you will lead small to mid-sized Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables; facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; and proactively identifying and managing project risks. You will also develop and maintain project documentation, track progress using Agile tools like Jira/JPD, and provide status updates to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, proficiency with Agile tools, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, along with 8 to 10 years of proven project management experience.
