LendingTree is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic Technology team in Charlotte, NC. As the nation's leading online lending marketplace, we connect consumers with multiple lenders to help them make smarter financial decisions. This role requires on-site presence in our South End office three days a week.

In this position, you will lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices, ensuring meetings drive decisions rather than just updates. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into clear, executable plans across multiple teams. Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and gaps, you will address or escalate them early and clearly, while removing impediments by driving ownership and alignment. Additionally, you will build and communicate insights that inform better decisions at both team and leadership levels, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.

The ideal candidate has experience managing or coordinating software development work in an Agile environment, with demonstrated ownership in driving delivery and aligning stakeholders. Strong familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is essential, along with experience leading Agile ceremonies and using metrics to guide team performance. You should possess the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences and operate effectively across multiple teams and workflows.
