Revenue and Receivables Manager

The Revenue and Receivables Manager at LendingTree will oversee the company's credit and collections function, ensuring strong cash flow performance and accurate revenue reporting. This role requires collaboration with various departments to align accounting practices with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing credit policies, conducting risk assessments, and developing collection strategies to ensure prompt payments. The manager will supervise the Credit and Receivables Specialist, review daily cash applications, and act as the escalation point for complex accounts. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the Sales team on credit decisions and customer onboarding, as well as managing relationships with external collection agencies.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting and have 5-7 years of relevant experience. A CPA certification and prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm are preferred. Proficiency in Excel and a strong work ethic are essential. Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, and billing is also desirable.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401(k) matching.
