The role also involves promoting AI adoption across Mavens by showcasing successes, building enthusiasm, and fostering a culture of continuous AI experimentation. Additionally, the AI Enablement Lead will develop training materials in partnership with the training team to enhance AI fluency among team members, track adoption metrics, and collaborate with the Head of Quality to standardize proven AI workflows.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of core AI concepts and technical foundations, including large language models (LLMs). Experience with AI tools such as Claude for workflow automation is essential. The role requires hands-on technical proficiency in prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agent configuration. Strong change management skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment without a predefined playbook are also necessary.

The position offers a competitive salary range, with annual base pay between $144,000 and $215,000 for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, and between $125,000 and $185,000 for other U.S. locations.
