In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate AI and machine learning solutions with Medicat's core healthcare SaaS platform. Responsibilities include building and optimizing AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams—such as software engineers, product managers, and clinical subject matter experts—and deploying these solutions at scale. Day-to-day tasks involve data analysis, prototyping, implementing advanced algorithms, and ensuring that AI applications meet strict healthcare compliance and security standards.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with hands-on experience in Python, cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure), and familiarity with healthcare data standards like HL7 or FHIR. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with proven experience developing AI solutions for SaaS products. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning frameworks is a plus.
