Banyan Software is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region to drive new business growth and expand O.R. TRAX’s presence across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers. This role is highly autonomous and field-focused, responsible for managing the entire sales cycle within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will be a proven healthcare sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a book of business across the Northeast region, prospecting and engaging with key stakeholders such as OR administrators and clinical directors, and leading consultative sales cycles to identify client needs and position tailored solutions. The role also involves delivering compelling product demonstrations, closing sales, representing the brand at industry events, collaborating with implementation teams for successful client onboarding, and maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in healthcare sales, including SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success in selling to hospitals, health systems, or ambulatory surgery centers is essential. Strong relationship-building skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment are required. The candidate should be based in the Northeast and willing to travel across the territory.

The compensation package includes a base salary with on-target earnings ranging from $175,000 to $200,000, along with commissions, benefits, and other perks.
