Territory Sales Manager - Midwest
The Territory Sales Manager – Midwest at Banyan Software is a pivotal role focused on expanding the presence of O.R. TRAX, a healthcare SaaS platform, across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers in the Midwest region. Key responsibilities include building and managing a book of business within the assigned territory, prospecting and engaging with key stakeholders such as OR administrators and perioperative leaders, leading consultative sales cycles to identify client needs and position tailored solutions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution. Additionally, the role involves representing the brand at healthcare events and collaborating with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in healthcare sales, including SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Demonstrated success in selling to hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers is essential. Strong relationship-building skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment are also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary with on-target earnings ranging from $175,000 to $200,000, along with commissions, benefits, and other perks.
