AI Engineer, Operations
As an AI Engineer in the Operations team at Checkr, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our background check processes. Checkr is a leading technology company that leverages machine learning to streamline hiring, serving over 100,000 customers including major brands like DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart, and Airtable.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize operational workflows. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing machine learning models, analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Golang, experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with cloud platforms are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
