The role also involves translating visual design feedback into actionable insights for machine learning and research teams, partnering with engineers to improve model behaviors, and ensuring AI outputs align with global brand standards and diverse aesthetics.
The ideal candidate should have over seven years of professional visual design experience with strong graphic design skills, demonstrated ability to critique and elevate visual outputs, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, image/video models, and large language model workflows. Experience working within structured design systems, proven leadership or mentoring experience in creative teams, strong written English communication skills for global collaboration, and comfort in partnering with engineering and research teams in cross-functional environments are also required.
