AME Industrial/Productivity Engineer

The engineer will lead process optimization projects utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 methodologies. Additionally, the role involves identifying and implementing automation opportunities, such as robotics and smart manufacturing solutions, and conducting comprehensive data analysis, time studies, and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, along with 7-10+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing optimization, or process improvement, preferably in the automotive EV or a related high-volume manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies is essential. Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing simulation tools, and data analytics, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills, are also required.
