The Analyst, Clinical Operations Workforce Optimization at Spring Health is responsible for ensuring the Clinical Operations department is appropriately staffed to meet member needs efficiently. This role is part of the Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization team within the broader Operations Intelligence function, playing a critical role in driving efficient service delivery and strategic workforce planning. The position is full-time and fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can be onsite in the New York City office once a week.

Key responsibilities include forecasting inbound volume to Clinical Operations, developing and managing dynamic staffing models to guide headcount planning, and leading short-term scheduling efforts such as shift planning and real-time adherence monitoring. The analyst will translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and resourcing decisions, leveraging AI functionality where possible. Additionally, the role involves serving as a strategic partner to Clinical Operations leadership and acting as the primary liaison for workforce optimization in cross-functional initiatives.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role is required, with experience in workforce management or capacity planning considered a plus. Proficiency in developing and managing analytical models, with strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis, along with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

The target base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $92,000, forming part of a competitive total rewards package that includes benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
