Customer Success Manager
Spring Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day relationships with our existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advancing our mission by promoting our products and services in a proactive, data-driven manner. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Manager of Customer Success.
Key responsibilities include serving as an account owner and product expert for assigned mid-market and SMB customers, building rapport with decision-makers to drive the adoption of best practices, and managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. You will also identify and support the execution of new opportunities for customers to unlock value from Spring Health, create and present business reviews to senior HR executives, collaborate across departments to deliver essential customer feedback, and assist the sales team with finalist calls and customer references as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management. Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue, using SaaS-based solutions and platforms, owning the lifecycle of contract renewals, and utilizing data visualization techniques to present key findings are essential. A deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health, and a willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%) are also required. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
The target base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $98,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
