Senior Program Manager, Global Clinical Training and Programming (EMEA) - Geneva
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead its Global Clinical Training and Programming initiatives within the EMEA region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for clinical training, coordinating logistics for global events, and ensuring high-quality experiences for members worldwide. The position is remote, based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, with travel required up to 30% of the time for in-person trainings.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary project manager for non-US clinical training and programming, acting as a subject matter expert across various time zones and cultures, and developing a sustainable global training strategy. The role also involves coordinating logistics such as creating virtual event platforms, sourcing clinical providers, preparing materials, and tracking evaluation metrics. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will consult with large clients to develop customized training programs and collaborate with internal teams to plan and coordinate training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a clinical license or equivalent in their country, along with 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning. A comprehensive understanding of global challenges and solutions in clinical training and programming is essential. Strong skills in program management, data evaluation, and proficiency with tools such as Google Suite and Zoom are required. A solid understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques is also necessary.
The target base salary range for this position is 123,200 to 141,680 CHF. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and internal pay equity. Spring Health conducts annual reviews of employee pay and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair pay.
